These terms govern your use of booknbook.ai, operated by booknbook Ltd (Company No. 10966006), registered office 48 Warwick St, Soho, London, W1B 5AW, United Kingdom. By using booknbook.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
booknbook.ai provides a free, automated checkup of a business’s website, Google Maps/Business Profile listing, reviews and social channels, together with an optional paid in-depth checkup and AI consulting services for restaurants, hotels and similar businesses.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, links and contact details you submit. Some data shown in your report is looked up automatically from public sources and may occasionally be out of date or incomplete - always verify anything important (such as your Google Business Profile details) directly with the original source.
Scores, benchmarks and recommendations in your report are generated automatically, including with the help of AI, from the information available to us at the time. They are provided for informational purposes to help you understand and improve your business’s online presence, and are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or to result in any particular business outcome (such as more bookings, higher rankings or more revenue).
If you choose to connect your Google or Facebook/Instagram account, you are responsible for that account and for the permissions you grant. You can disconnect at any time from your profile. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of any third-party service (Google, Meta, TripAdvisor, your website host, etc.).
Any paid in-depth checkup or consulting engagement is subject to the price, scope and payment terms confirmed with you at the time of purchase, processed securely via Stripe. Unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of purchase, fees for work already delivered are non-refundable; if you believe there has been an error, contact us and we will look into it in good faith.
You agree not to use booknbook.ai to submit false or misleading information about a business you do not represent, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to use it in any way that violates applicable law.
The booknbook.ai service, its design, software and underlying methodology remain the property of booknbook Ltd. Your own checkup report is yours to use for your own business.
booknbook.ai is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, booknbook Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms or the service from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do; continued use of booknbook.ai after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
